If you are over 3 unexcused days in a 9 week class you need to see Mr.Verburg about SEARS as soon as possible. If you have not made up your seat time by next Wednesday, March 21st, then you will receive an FA grade even if you passed the class.
In keeping in line with recent security upgrades, Lexington High School has implemented a new policy for students who are signed out by a parent in advance of their dismissal time.
All parents who come into the school to dismiss a student MUST present a valid driver’s license at the time of sign out (even if you come to the school regularly and think the front office staff will recognize you).
Starting Thursday, March 15th, students must pick up their dismissal pass from the front office prior to going into the class they are being dismissed from, and when leaving, they are required to stop by the front office to sign out before leaving campus. Again, all students MUST sign out with the front office prior to leaving campus. The pass will be stamped and must be shown to the parking lot attendant to exit the parking lot.
Students leaving from the Technology Center must sign out with the front office of LTC.
Please be patient as we implement these new policies to keep our students as safe as possible.
Graduation this year will be on Friday, June 1 at 8:00 a.m. at the Colonial Life Arena. There is ample seating, so tickets are not required.
Jostens will be on campus Tuesday, March 13 to deliver Senior graduation supplies. Students will be assigned appointment times alphabetically and will pick up their supplies in the Commons Area.
Seniors and their teachers will be e-mailed the alphabetical appointment times. If you cannot make your appointment, you may pick up your supplies during ILT.
All balances must be paid prior to supplies being picked up. To check a balance or make a payment, go to www.rhodesgraduation.com and enter your Invoice #. If paying a balance the day of pickup, it must be paid in cash or by Money Order only.

Students -if your IGP is scheduled with your school counselor for the week of March 5-9, you are asked to check your email for your appointment reminder.
