Lady Wildcat Golf Team – 4A State Champs!
Congratulations to the Lady Wildcat Golf team on their 27 shot victory in the 4A State Championship! This victory was their 3rd straight title and 10th in the last 11 years! Once again and for the last time, Lauren Stephenson led the Wildcats by winning her 2nd straight individual title by posting a second day total of 67 for a total of 136 (8 under par-a state record). Also making the all-state team was freshman Gracyn Burgess. Gracyn finished with back to back birdies to card a final round 71 (1 under par) to finish with a two day total of 145. Junior Hailey Cleary finished tied for 12th at 150 after rounds of 74-76 and Senior Ann Elizabeth Gore just missed the Top 20 by posting rounds of 75-83. Also contributing were freshman Abby Gore (92) and Katie Koesters (89).

There will be an informational meet and greet on Thursday, October 30 from 6 – 7:30 p.m. at the River Bluff High School Counseling Commons. This support group is open only to high school students who have a disabled brother and/or sister. This Support Group is a safe place for understanding, where you can share and be accepted. Lady Wildcat Girls Golf – 4A Lower State Champions!
The Lady Wildcat Girls Golf Team won the 4A Lower State Championship by 41 shots over Bluffton.

The team posted their best score this season by playing Beech Creek Country Club in 2 under par 286. Senior Lauren Stephenson paced the ladies by winning the individual medalist honors with her 6 under par 66. Freshman Gracyn Burgess posted a 2 under par 70 to finish 3rd individually. Also playing well was Junior Hailey Cleary (74), Senior Ann Elizabeth Gore (76), and Freshman Katie Koesters (85). All 5 team members finished in the top 20! The Lady Cats now advance to the state championship on Monday and Tuesday, October 27 and 28, at Wescott Plantation in Charleston.
Miss Wildcat 2015
Sign-ups for the Miss Wildcat 2015 pageant will be in the Main Office with Ms. Schneider. Sign-ups begin Thursday, October 16 and will end Wednesday, October 22 at 3:30 p.m. Please stop by before or after school or during your lunch to sign-up.
A parent / contestant meeting will be held Wednesday, October 22 at 7 p.m. in the Little Theater. Important information will be shared at this meeting and attendance is required. For more information email email@example.com
The Miss Wildcat pageant will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2015 in the LOPAC.
