Final Interest Meeting for Spring Break 2019 Trip

If any new student to LHS is interested in the trip to Germany, Austria and Switzerland for Spring Break 2019 a brief meeting will be held Tuesday September 4 (Open House night) at 7:30pm in room E209.  Students already signed up do NOT need to attend.  This is the last opportunity anyone will have to sign up for this year’s Spring Break trip.  It is open to any LHS student.  Any questions please email

PSAT Date (optional for 10th/11th graders – $16)

10/10/18 (Deadline to sign up in the main office is 9/7/18)

2018-2019 School Improvement Council: Parent Volunteers

Parents! Lexington High School is looking for parents of our students who would like to participate in our School Improvement Council (SIC).  The SIC is a group of parents, teachers, students, community members, and administration who meet monthly to discuss and implement ideas to improve the school. The meetings are usually the 4th Monday of every month at 6:00 PM in the Learning Commons at Lexington High School. If you are interested, please fill out a submission form and put it in the ballot box that will be available at school registration on Thursday, Aug 9th and/or make up registration on Monday, Aug 13th. LHS Schedule Change Request- Summer 2018

Schedule change requests are considered if class space allows. Due to schedule conflicts, there is no guarantee that all courses requested can be scheduled. Please submit this form by July 1: LHS Schedule Change Request- Summer 2018

Please note:
1. The class(s) you are requesting may be full, or you may be enrolled in a core academic class that is offered at the same time as the class you’re requesting. Therefore, we may not be able to honor your request.
2. Please refer to the District Course Catalog to ensure you have met the grade level requirement and prerequisites for the classes you are requesting. The District Course Catalog information can be found on the District’s website at
3. Minor changes to the master schedule during the summer may alter the order and placement of courses. Final schedules will be available at schedule pick up in August.

Many courses are full. If you request one of these courses, you will be placed on a waiting list. You will be notified if space becomes available.
