Biography:
I began my teaching career in Lexington One as a math teacher at White Knoll Middle School and then White Knoll High School. After leaving the district to serve as an administrator at Hollywood Elementary School in Saluda, SC, I returned to White Knoll High School as an administrator. I have served in Lexington One as an assistant principal at White Knoll High School and Pleasant Hill Elementary School. In 2019, I had the honor of being selected as the principal of Meadow Glen Elementary School, where I served for 5 years. I have been the principal at Lexington High School since 2024 and love being a part of the Wildcat family. Growing up in the Surfside Beach area, I graduated from Socastee High School and then attended the University of South Carolina. I have my Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and a Master of Education degree, both from the University of South Carolina. As a USC graduate, I am a big Gamecock fan. I also love reading and going to the beach with family.

Biography:
I taught Social Studies and coached for 10 years at White Knoll High School before taking an administration position in Richland One at Crayton MIddle School. Three years later, I was called back to my Red Bank community to serve as an administrator at Carolina Springs Middle. I am honored to serve a building full of hard-working and dedicated people who strive to provide the very best opportunities and support for our students.
Originally from the St. Louis area, I graduated from Lexington High School. I then received a B.A. in History/Political Science and an M.A. in Social Studies Education from the University of South Carolina. I am working on a research Ph.D. in Foundations of Education, also through Carolina.
I am an avid sports fan and collector of mid-century furniture and pottery and Japanese art, and I love to travel with my family.
